The Rev. Robert H. Henson has served in a variety of churches, of various sizes, in a variety of locations, all in Texas. Grace Anglican Community is his second church plant.
More than anything else, Bob is gifted at helping people in their faith journey. In particular, he makes Christianity understandable so that people can apply it to their lives. Regardless of a person’s background or history, Bob meets people where they are and guides them to a fuller, more vibrant faith. Bob has a BBA in Management from the University of North Texas and a Master of Divinity from Trinity School for Ministry. Besides being a priest, Bob has worked as an international commodity trader and as a real estate investor.
He enjoys golf, reading, travel and playing with Jack, his Labrador retriever. Bob and Karen have three children. Jon is Rector of The Gathering Church that is forming in Richmond. Hannah died in 2003. Sarah died in 2021. They are now in the joyful presence of our Lord Jesus.
